Erino.me is currently in early access and these terms reflect that stage. By using the Service you agree to them; if you don't, please don't use erino.me.
Erino.me ("the Service") is a contract, invoice, and expense tracking tool for independent contractors, provided by Erinome ("we," "us"). It's currently invite-only and free during early access; we'll give notice before introducing any paid plans.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Let us know right away at hello@erino.me if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these terms, subject to the retention policy described in our Privacy Policy.
You own the client, invoice, expense, and contract data you enter into the Service. We don't claim ownership of it and won't use it for anything beyond providing the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the accuracy of the financial and contractual information you enter — including any dates our automated extraction suggests, which are best-effort guesses, not verified facts.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Erino.me is not a substitute for legal, tax, or financial advice, and nothing in the Service — including auto-detected contract dates or invoice calculations — should be relied on without your own independent review. As an early access product, features may change, and occasional bugs or downtime are more likely than in a mature product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erinome isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed deadlines, renewal dates, or payments — even ones the Service was meant to help you track.
You can request account closure at any time by emailing hello@erino.me. What happens to your data after that is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the date at the top when we do, and let you know about material changes.
